Rules and Regulations

  1. Exhibitor must be a member of the Cumberland Township Agricultural Society (your exhibitor number must be given when entering)
  2. Entry Fee $2.00 per entry
  3. Hay – an exhibit of one cured flake, exhibited in clear bag.
  4. One entry per exhibitor in any section.
  5. All entries should be clearly labelled and exhibited in appropriate containers for easy judging.
  6. Entries must be phoned in to Shannon McInnis #613-835-2766 by Tuesday, August 2nd, 2023 or emailed to navanfair@bellnet.ca          
  7. Judging will begin at 9:00 am Thursday, August 10th, 2023.

Note:  All entries must be produced or grown by exhibitor.

  1. Hay, 1st cut – 80% (legume)
